The Job
You’ll be answering phones and helping clients in the United States during Madrid afternoon hours (to match American business hours). The work is in both English and Spanish. You’ll also call current and past clients, basically checking in and keeping relationships warm using our telemarketing system.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll be learning about American business insurance and working with big international insurance companies like Travelers and Liberty Mutual. We think this experience looks good on a resume, especially the international work experience with an American company.
Pay and Hours
$12/hour USD to start
Commission opportunities (for things like getting client reviews)
25-30 hours per week
Paid in American dollars
The Setup
Since we’re an American company, you’ll work as a subcontractor, not under a Spanish employment contract. This works well for students with visas who want flexible hours.
